2RS Radial Bearings – The 2RS radial bearings (Two Rubber Seals) used in the drum rotation feature dual rubber seals on both sides. Stainless Steel AISI 304 Drum – The high-capacity drum is made of stainless steel to resist corrosion and wear.

7” Programmable Touch Control Panel – The 7” touch panel offers an intuitive graphical interface with a high-resolution LCD screen. It enables programming of customized washing cycles, displays real-time parameters such as temperature and remaining time, supports multiple languages, and allows advanced diagnostics.
Hydraulic and Electrical Connections for Detergent Pumps – Our industrial washers feature a hydraulic system on the rear side, with multiple dedicated connections for detergent supply. The pumps that manage the flow can be connected to the PLC, which controls and coordinates the entire dosing process, ensuring precision and reliability in washing cycles via a terminal block located on the washer’s rear panel.
