Large Stainless Steel Filter: The large AISI 304 stainless steel filter allows for high airflow circulation, is easily accessible for cleaning, and features 0.3 mm perforations to trap lint and fine synthetic fibers. This helps maintain the blower fan's performance and keeps the air ducts clean.
User-Friendly PCB Controls: Located on the front panel, these controls allow quick adjustments to pre-set programs.
Optional Components
Programmable 7” Touch Control Panel (Optional): The 7” touchpad PLC acts as the electronic brain of the control system. It manages and monitors all drying cycle parameters in real-time: temperature, humidity, and duration. It allows programming of custom cycles for different fabrics, stores operational statistics, flags anomalies and faults, and logs them in an alarm register. It provides precise time adjustments and user profile settings for complete and integrated drying process control.
Hygroscopic Sensor (Optional): Automatically ends the drying cycle when the set residual moisture percentage is reached, saving energy and preventing overheating.
Variable Frequency Inverter (Optional): Regulates the speed of the drive and ventilation motor for optimal performance.
